Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a new member to join our team! We are searching for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of tasks to help the flow of salon. As a Receptionist, you will be the customer's first and last point of contact for our salon. Our Receptionist's duties include: •Greeting guests and assisting them with our menu of services Seating guests and serving complimentary beverages, gathering product based on customer needs. Answering calls to set up appointments, and cashiering. Skills Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems Familiarity with processing transactions Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances High School diploma Ultimately, a Receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, helps them with their needs and also assists technicians with simple tasks when needed. We offer guests 21 and up two complimentary beverages with service, as well as a selection of snacks.
