Receptionist - Night

At Oceans Behavioral Hospital Permian Basin, healing is our focus. Utilizing proven, innovative and progressive therapies, our qualified professionals strive to promote long-term wellness through a range of inpatient and outpatient psychiatric counseling and treatment options. The Receptionist provides general reception and clerical support services for the facility in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. This is accomplished according to Joint Commission, Federal and State Regulations, Oceans' mission, policies and procedures and Performance Improvement standards.

Essential Functions:

Answering switchboard and assists in other clerical tasks as needed by administrative personnel. Answers phones with appropriate etiquette and operates switchboard with timeliness. Displays a willingness to help others; displays self-direction by actually seeking solutions to problems. Displays commitment to customers and organization. Deals constructively with stress; takes direction well, accepts constructive criticism, and responds accordingly. Uses appropriate customer etiquette. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
