Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive support to leadership and management, including mailing, scanning, faxing, copying, and general office tasks.
  • Print, organize, and distribute documents as needed to support departmental operations.
  • Arrange travel for company vehicles and oversee routine car service and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access and secure storage of company records.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and communications in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accurately input data and scan documents to support operational needs.
  • Perform company errands, including trips to the post office and office supply vendors.
  • conduct regular inventory audits and maintain adequate office supplies for departmental needs.
  • Collaborate with and provide assistance to various departments including Construction, Procurement, IT, Operations, Human Resources, and Accounting.
  • Manage and process W-9 forms and other administrative documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and update the new hire spreadsheet, ensuring timely and accurate entry of employee information.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 lbs.
