About Us Beard Navasota Veterinary Clinic is a busy, team-oriented practice serving both small and large animals . We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential to keeping our clinic running smoothly and creating a welcoming experience for both clients and their animals. Responsibilities Answer phones and schedule appointments Greet clients and check patients in and out Process payments and manage invoices Maintain accurate client and patient records Communicate effectively with doctors and staff Assist with general front desk duties and clinic flow Handle a high call volume with professionalism Qualifications No veterinary experience required - we will train Customer service or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (experience with veterinary software is a plus) Positive attitude and team player What We Offer On-the-job training Supportive, team-focused work environment Opportunity for growth within the clinic Part time or Full time. Minimum of 16 hours.

$12.00 - $25.00 per hour
