Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Duties Greet and assist Patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems cross trained in different areas as need it. • Provide clerical support including typing, and managing correspondence Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience Maintain office organization and cleanliness, ensuring supplies are stocked and available Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance customer service Qualifications Previous experience in an office setting or as a receptionist is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Experience with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and patient support Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele Background Medical preferable.
