We're looking for a reliable, positive, and caring receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making meaningful connections with clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting clients and creating a welcoming, supportive environment Helping clients through a range of emotions with patience and compassion Answering phone calls and directing them where they need to go Scheduling appointments and procedures like a pro Checking clients in and guiding them smoothly through their visit Keeping things running efficiently from arrival to discharge Managing records and communicating with other hospitals or specialty offices Processing payments and handling basic transactions Maintaining accurate electronic medical records Relaying important info between clients and the medical team Pitching in to keep the front desk, lobby, and restrooms clean and tidy What Makes You a
Great Fit:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills A calm, compassionate approach—especially in stressful situations Great attention to detail and follow-through A team-player mindset with a positive attitude Comfortable using computers (Windows, email, scheduling systems, etc.)
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs when needed Basic math and writing skills

Schedule:
