RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 360
Medical, LLC is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in McAllen, Texas. The ideal candidate will be professional, attentive to detail, comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, and committed to providing excellent service to our customers, vendors, and team members. About 360 Medical 360 Medical is a medical-products distribution and clinical-support company serving healthcare providers and facilities throughout South Texas and nationwide. We provide full-circle support for better clinical outcomes, and we value professionalism, teamwork, strong customer relationships, and reliable service. Responsibilities Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming, professional front-office environment Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Respond to general emails and assist with routine correspondence Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork Maintain office and breakroom supplies Support sales, operations, and management with daily administrative needs Maintain confidentiality when handling company and customer information Perform other office-related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer-service experience preferred Professional demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to learn new computer systems and office procedures Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Experience in a healthcare, medical-device, or professional office environment is a plus Position Details Job type: Full-time, non-exempt (hourly)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Candidates must have the flexibility to adjust their schedules occasionally based on business needs.
Compensation:
$14.00-$16.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Dress code: Business professional. Employees are expected to maintain a neat, professional appearance consistent with company policy. Reasonable accommodations are available for religious or medical reasons.
Location:
McAllen, Texas. This is an on-site position. Physical Requirements This role is performed in a professional office environment.
