Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using productivity software and calendar management tools Handle data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, and Escrow software Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Support office management by coordinating supplies, managing incoming correspondence, and assisting with clerical tasks such as proofreading and word processing Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and client communication skills Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and productivity software Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Technical proficiency with computer literacy including data entry, filing, and document proofreading Knowledge of Escrow software is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is advantageous Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine! Pay:
$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
