We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, be computer literate, and possess exceptional communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary. Collect HOA payments and rental fees.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
