Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help maintain smooth daily operations, manage communications efficiently, and support a welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service expertise in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls accurately, and relay messages promptly Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document management using spreadsheets and productivity software Utilize office management tools such as Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) to prepare correspondence, reports, and schedules Handle calendar management tasks including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings efficiently Support office operations by performing clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing supplies, and maintaining filing systems Assist with client communication via phone or email, ensuring clear and courteous interactions that reflect professional standards Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, data entry, and general office management software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document processing Technical proficiency in office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus Outstanding time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high productivity levels Strong client communication skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive relationships Previous personal assistant or administrative experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting our daily operations with energy and professionalism. Pay:
