Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Staff member to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, phone etiquette, and office experience, with a preference for those familiar with insurance processes and communicating benefits to patients. This position is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for visitors and clients alike. Duties Ensuring a professional and welcoming environment Manage incoming phone calls with courteous and effective communication, addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately Maintain organized front desk area, including scheduling appointments and handling administrative paperwork Assist patients with insurance-related questions, including explaining benefits and processing necessary documentation Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow Qualifications Proven experience in an office or administrative setting, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Knowledge of insurance processes and experience communicating benefit information to patients is preferred Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly Friendly demeanor with a customer service-oriented attitude Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure
