Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional attitude and appearance. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
