Receptionist

We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Rosenberg, Texas. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing detail-oriented administrative support, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and staff. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring all commitments are tracked and managed effectively.
• Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files for easy access and retrieval.
• Gain proficiency in client intake procedures and software systems to provide cross-functional support.
• Perform errands and assist with miscellaneous tasks as requested to support the team.
• Keep the reception area, desk, and equipment clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
• Provide backup support for the Executive Secretary as needed.
• Participate in organizational events and activities, contributing to their success.
• Execute additional administrative tasks as required during the course of employment.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards when managing sensitive information.
