Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will ensure smooth daily operations, foster positive client interactions, and maintain an efficient office environment. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and mail, with attention to detail and promptness Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets to update records efficiently Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or clients as needed Support office management by ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating maintenance requests Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or over the phone Utilize computer skills for word processing, proofreading documents, and ensuring accuracy in all communications Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with front desk operations Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in a professional setting Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for handling basic administrative tasks Personal assistant or office management experience that highlights calendar management and administrative support skills Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency! Pay:
