Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and proficient in office management and communication tools. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel Handle all front desk responsibilities including answering inquiries, and providing information Support office management tasks like calendar management, appointment setting, and coordinating meetings Utilize computer skills to support administrative functions such as typing reports and maintaining client communication logs Qualifications Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Strong computer literacy including technical proficiency in office productivity software and general computer skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
HOURS ALTERNATE WEEKLY

•Monday through Friday 1:30•8 PM off Saturday
NEXT WEEK
•Monday through Friday 3;30-8 pm & Saturday 8 am•7 pm
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
