Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking a dependable, friendly, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Socorro Medical Clinic. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist patients with check-in and scheduling, and help maintain efficient daily office operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Verify patient information and insurance eligibility Collect copays and process payments Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system Assist patients with forms, referrals, and general questions Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Must be bilingual Previous receptionist, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and phone system knowledge required Experience with EMR systems (ECW is a plus) Professional appearance and positive attitude required What We Offer Paid time off and benefits based on eligibility If you are compassionate, organized, and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you.
