Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an warm-spirited and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be a welcoming face at our dental office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, including maintaining spreadsheets and updating client records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Open Dental Support office management activities by organizing files, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments or meetings Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, filing records, and preparing correspondence or Word processing tasks Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client communication experience Calling to verify insurance information and coverages for treatment Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone communication skills Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated computer literacy with technical proficiency in office management software. Open Dental experience is a plus. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their administrative career while making a meaningful impact through exceptional service delivery. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
