Job Description
Job Overview Seeking receptionist for a law office. Must provide professional front-desk management, handle a high volume of calls, greet clients, and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include performing basic clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry; managing calendars; scheduling meetings; screening calls; processing mail and courier deliveries; and maintaining client confidentiality. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, manage multiple detail-oriented tasks while meeting stringent deadlines, and work effectively with others in a team setting.
