You'll interact directly with clients, manage appointments, recommend services and memberships, support our stylists, assist with social media, and help keep daily salon operations running smoothly. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, positive, and professional Confident communicating with clients in person, over the phone, and through messages Comfortable recommending and selling services, memberships, packages, and retail products Organized and able to multitask in a busy salon environment Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable using social media and engaging with clients online Interested in building a long-term relationship with LeahLASH Available for part-time shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends Customer service, receptionist, retail, sales, salon, or beauty industry experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Front Desk Lash Consultant, you'll help manage the overall client experience and daily front desk operations, including: Greet clients and create a friendly, professional first impression Answer phone calls, messages, and client inquiries Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments Organize and maintain stylist schedules Educate clients about LeahLASH services, memberships, packages, and promotions Recommend and sell retail products Help clients pre-book their next appointments Build relationships with new and returning clients Follow up with clients when needed Assist with social media engagement and basic marketing activities Help maintain retail and product inventory Support stylists and management with daily salon operations Keep the front desk and common areas clean and organized Maintain accurate client information and records Professionally assist with client questions or concerns
