Job Description
Primary Purpose:
Under direct supervision provide reception and clerical assistance for the efficient operation of the campus office.Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma orGED Special Knowledge/Skills :
Proficient keyboarding skills Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to follow written instructions Ability to operate multi-line phone systemExperience:
One year clerical experience in office settingWorking Conditions Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Maintain emotional control under stress; work with frequent interruptions. Repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of computer. Moderate walking, standing, heavy lifting and carrying up to 53 pounds; climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Responsibilities require contact with individuals that may include exposure to disruptive behavior.Wage/Hour Status:
