Alberigo Hotel Management Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Your organizational skills, technical proficiency, and exceptional communication abilities will help maintain smooth office operations and foster a welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting daily office functions. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Maintain office organization through filing, data entry, and managing spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Word processing tools Handle scheduling tasks including calendar management and appointment setting to support team productivity Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports Support office management tasks including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining office equipment Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via phone or email Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks Excellent computer literacy with technical proficiency in office productivity software and familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction in bilingual settings preferred Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and calendar management tools Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high accuracy through proofreading and data entry tasks Join us as a Front Desk Associate to be an essential part of our team—delivering outstanding service while honing your administrative expertise. Pay:
