Precision Spine Care is currently looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our interventional pain clinic in Tyler! The team at Precision Spine Care is focused on delivering healthcare demonstrating the highest standards of pride, service, and compassion. Our focus is to recruit elite candidates committed to ethical pain management treatment that demonstrate drive and ambition above the rest. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and routine clerical duties including receiving the public, completing patient check-in procedures and providing customer assistance. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, motivated, detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Properly welcome and greet patients, visitors and vendors upon entrance to the clinic. Assist the public with general questions and direct accordingly. Verify patient information, including personal demographics and insurance coverage. Explain financial requirements to the patient and/or responsible party and collect copays. Facilitate patient flow and communicate updates with patients and clinical staff. Work collaboratively with others, including clinical support team. Work constructively with Clinic Manager and Business Office Personnel. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of experience in a medical setting. Be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. Strong PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally. Strong interpersonal skills. Skills to manage stress in order to maintain a professional atmosphere and provide quality service. Regular, dependable, and reliable attendance.
