Full-Time Receptionist / Office Assistant & Afternoon Runner Law Firm - Tyler, Texas Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Our law firm is seeking a dependable, professional, and organized Receptionist / Office Assistant & Afternoon Runner to join our team. This position combines front-desk reception, general administrative support, and afternoon errands and deliveries. We are looking for someone reliable, friendly, detail-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming telephone calls professionally Greet clients and visitors Schedule appointments and take accurate messages Assist attorneys and staff with general administrative duties Scan, copy, file, and organize documents Maintain an organized reception and common office area Deliver and pick up documents from courthouses, banks, title companies, law offices, and other businesses Make post office and shipping runs Pick up office supplies and complete other local firm errands Assist with office duties between deliveries and errands Qualifications Dependable and punctual Professional appearance and demeanor Friendly and courteous telephone manner Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple responsibilities Basic Microsoft Outlook and Word skills Dependable personal transportation Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Local errands and deliveries will primarily be completed in the afternoons.
