MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Receptionist/Registrar is to provide high-quality customer service to Mentoring Alliance constituents and to execute programmatic registration processes.
KEY RESULT AREAS 1.
Performs Reception Duties:
Greets office guests of Mentoring Alliance. Answers questions and connects guests to the appropriate staff members. Answers Mentoring Alliance's main telephone line in an upbeat and friendly manner. Returns missed calls, voicemails, and emails received at the reception desk. 2.
Manages Registration Activities:
Executes all aspects of the registration process for the After School and Summer Camp Programs. Communicates with members and parents to answer registration and account questions. Takes payments in person or over the phone. Registers members and parents in the Enrollsy database. 3.
Provides Regional Administrative Support:
Provides administrative support, including but not limited to bulk mailings, recordkeeping, and events. Provides administrative support to RSS as needed. 4. Other Duties as Assigned by Supervisor and/or the regional
Executive Director:
Serves on appropriate committees; attends staff meetings, board meetings, and other staff functions. Strengthens teamwork, collaboration, alignment, morale, transparency, credibility, and trust throughout the ministry. Fulfilled necessary tasks, projects, or roles assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Administrative experience required Word processing and general computer experience required Bilingual preferred Some college preferred Some experience in registration preferred
