Job Description

Front Office Receptionist Location:
Wylie, TX Pay:

$15

•18 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Part-time, primarily evenings We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Office Receptionist to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a busy environment, and can provide a positive experience for our customers and families.

Schedule Monday:

3:30 PM-8:30

PM Wednesday:

3:30 PM-8:30

PM Friday:

1-2 Friday evenings per month (5:00 PM-9:15 PM)

Saturday:

1-2 Saturday mornings per month (9:00 AM-12:30 PM) Responsibilities Greet and interact with customers and families in person Answer and respond to phone calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner Manage class enrollments, schedule changes, and customer questions Process payments and assist with account-related questions Handle basic problem-solving and help customers find solutions when issues arise Communicate effectively with coaches, staff, athletes, and parents Keep the front office organized and welcoming Complete light cleaning and tidying of the front office/common areas before leaving each evening Perform other basic front-office duties as needed Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people face-to-face Reliable and punctual Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software Able to handle payments and basic administrative tasks accurately Able to work independently and make reasonable decisions when solving routine problems Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience is a plus All Star cheerleading and/or tumbling experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, patient, and personable . Our front office is often the first point of contact for our families, so having a welcoming attitude and the ability to communicate well with both adults and children is important.
