Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist Mark Jensen Plastic Surgery/Utah Surgical Associates —
American Fork, UT About Us:
At Mark Jensen Plastic Surgery/Utah Surgical Associates, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and creating a seamless, supportive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We are seeking a positive, self-motivated, and highly organized Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in American Fork.
Position Overview:
As the primary point of contact for our office, you will set the tone for the patient experience. This position requires an individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task efficiently in a professional medical environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, self-driven, and brings a warm, friendly demeanor to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule patient appointments both over the phone and in-person with precision and care Greet arriving patients, manage the check-in process, and acquire and enter all necessary patient details accurately into our system Answer inbound phone calls, address general inquires, and direct calls to appropriate clinical staff Maintain patient confidentiality and strict adherence to HIPAA standards at all times Preserve a clean, orderly, and professional appearance across the front desk and reception area Assist with general administrative duties to support smooth daily office operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Demeanor:
Friendly, dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a high standard of professional presentation
Technical & Administrative Skills:
Basic computer skills requires; strong organization capabilities and multi-tasking skills
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience (Preferred): 1 year customer service experience; 1 year of medical terminology experience

Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience Expected hours: 16.0 per week
