Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated individual for a position as a Receptionist, that can also learn and help with Escrow functions. Primary responsibilities will be answering phones and greeting customers. Additional tasks will included assisting Escrow Officers with making copies and others functions relating to real estate loans and transactions. We look for an individual who is capable of high performance and function even in stressful or time sensitive situations. Most days will consist of an 8:30-5:00 day, but additional time may be required during busy times. We are a great company that has been locally owned and operated since 1980. We offer on the job training and provide opportunities to learn and grow. Responsibilities and Duties Answering phone calls, taking notes, greeting customers and scheduling appointments. Over time you will learn how to enter real estate transaction information in file management software. Dealing with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and other companies via phone and email to process real estate transactions. Generally assist Escrow Officer teams with day to day needs and business function. Qualifications and Skills Must have general computer knowledge and be able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. Must be a team player and able to work well with others. Must be literate and able to compose emails and willing and capable of having phone conversations. Benefits Full health insurance benefits available. Paid time off available beginning at hire.
