Front Desk Coordinator•Draper Location Are you a warm, polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering world-class customer service? Join Utah Facial Plastics , the Intermountain West's leading name in facial aesthetics, as a Front Desk Coordinator at our beautiful Draper clinic! In this vital front-facing role, you'll be the first impression for patients visiting our practice and a key part of the supportive, energetic team that helps them feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

PM What You'll Be Doing:
Welcome & Assist Patients :
Greet every patient with professionalism and warmth, guide them through online forms, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience
Coordinate Appointments :
Manage bookings for injectors, laser specialists, aestheticians, and surgical consults
Patient Education :
Inform patients about non-surgical and surgical aesthetic options both in person and by phone
Process Payments :
Collect payments, apply Alle and Aspire rewards, and ensure accurate daily reconciliation
Skincare & Promotions :
Stay current on promotions and skincare products, and assist patients with retail purchases Support the
Surgical Journey :
Partner with Patient Care Coordinators to ensure patients feel supported before and after surgery
Administrative Tasks :
Maintain emails, faxes, charts, and clinic updates while staying organized and efficient
Team Coordination :
Work closely with providers to optimize clinic flow and patient experience
Financial Reporting :
Assist with end-of-day financial reports and bank deposits as needed
What We're Looking For:
A warm, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills Strong phone etiquette and comfort with patient-facing roles Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, high-volume setting Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and skincare products (preferred) Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) highly preferred A passion for the aesthetics industry and a sincere desire to be part of something meaningful
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in front desk operations, patient coordination, or administrative support within a medical or aesthetics setting 2+ years of sales experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (preferred) Comfortable managing multi-line phone systems and following professional office protocols Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
