Overview We are looking for part-time, friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic Front Desk Associates to join Coral Cliffs Entertainment Center! Front Desk Associates are crucial in creating a fun atmosphere that is welcoming to all! Come create unforgettable memories for yourself and others while being part of something brand new! The Front Desk Associate is responsible for the overall guest experience from start to finish. This includes but is not limited to: Greeting and assisting guests, using a POS system for transactions, keeping the appearance of the facility clean, maintaining and operating attractions, and restocking items in redemption. Duties Greets guests with a friendly and positive attitude Answer questions regarding attractions, pricings, etc. Operate a POS system by handling cash and card transactions Assist guests with attractions including: Mini Golf, Krazy Darts, VR, Axes, and Bowling Doing day to day cleaning to keep the appearance of the facility clean and inviting Operate and maintain the redemption area. This will include assisting guests in prize selection and restock Helping with Parties Operating the Snack Bar Perform other duties as needed at the direction of a manger Requirements Must be at least 16 years of age Food Handlers Permit (Must be obtained upon hire) Availability open for holidays and weekends Be comfortable in working in a fast paced environment Previous customer service experienced preferred but not required Must be a team player

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
