While your primary responsibility will be managing the front office, our entire team works together to create an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do Your primary role is to keep the front office running smoothly while ensuring every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and supported from check-in to check-out. Front Office Responsibilities Answer phones with warmth and professionalism Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Check patients in and out Process payments and maintain accurate records Respond to patient questions and messages Communicate with providers and staff regarding patient needs Educate patients on office policies and treatment plans Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day Assist with insurance verification and administrative tasks Help maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation Clinical Support Responsibilities When the front office is caught up, you'll jump in to assist our back-office team by: Preparing treatment rooms Assisting providers and chiropractic assistants as needed Helping patients move through their appointments Learning rehabilitation exercises and patient education Stocking supplies and keeping the clinic organized Cleaning and resetting treatment areas Helping wherever the team needs support Who Thrives Here We're looking for someone who: Loves serving and connecting with people Is energized by a fast-paced environment Can confidently multitask without becoming overwhelmed Learns quickly and enjoys learning new skills Takes initiative instead of waiting to be asked Communicates clearly and professionally Works well with a close-knit team Is dependable and accountable - we're a team and we keep score Doesn't mind switching from answering phones one minute to helping patients the next Implements changes right away - we're always working to improve Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is preferred but not required: Customer Service Medical Office Chiropractic Office Receptionist Medical Assistant Office Administration Patient Care Kinesiology Exercise Science Personal Training Physical Therapy High School Diploma or GED required. You will spend much of the day on your feet moving throughout the clinic. You may occasionally assist patients, prepare treatment rooms, stock supplies, and learn basic rehabilitation exercises.
