We're adding a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first voice and face our clients experience — in person and on the phone. The Role You'll be the first point of contact for everyone who calls or walks through our doors — clients, prospective clients, courts, and vendors.

This is a high-visibility role:

how you handle that first interaction sets the tone for the client's entire experience with the firm. You'll work closely with attorneys and paralegals to keep the front office running smoothly and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally as they arrive Answer and route incoming calls, following our phone communication standards Schedule and confirm client appointments and consultations Manage intake paperwork and route new client information to the right team member Keep the front office and waiting area organized and presentable Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks as needed Maintain accurate records in our case management system (MyCase) What We're Looking For Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Warm, professional phone and in-person presence Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple things at once without dropping the ball Comfortable with basic office software and willing to learn our case management system Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be told twice What We Offer $13-$15/hour , commensurate with experience A firm that actually invests in its people — training, systems, and leadership that has your back Modern tools and AI-assisted workflows that eliminate busywork Collaborative, team-first culture Growth opportunities — this role is a natural entry point, and team members who show initiative have a path to move into our sales team or legal team if that's the direction you want to grow To Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
