Front Desk Receptionist

PIA Institute & Spa is a premier esthetics school and spa dedicated to training the next generation of beauty professionals. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our institute. What You'll Do Greet students, clients, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones, respond to messages, and route inquiries appropriately Schedule spa appointments and assist with student services Manage front desk operations, check-ins, and basic administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Support admissions and staff with daily administrative needs What We're Looking For Hold a Master Esthetics License preferred but not required Friendly, positive, and customer-service oriented Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Experience in a spa, salon, school, or customer-facing role is a plus Why Work at PIA?
