Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be Dependable, professional, proactive, and customer-service oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a busy medical office with a calm and efficient approach. Essential Job Functions:
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments Greet and register patients upon arrival Collect co-pays and patient payments Communicate with patients via fax and text Collaborate with team members while managing individual tasks Provide courteous, friendly, and professional service to patients and visitors Remain calm and organized under pressure in a high-volume environment
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Clear and professional phone voice with proper telephone etiquette
