A Receptionist greets and directs customers or visitors that come in to an office or business, and answers and directs incoming phone calls. Deals with mail or courier services. May schedule appointments or meeting rooms, gather patient information, or assist with filing or other administrative support work.

Position Summary:
Receptionist needed for our Internal Medicine clinic. You will be taking patient phone calls, creating accounts for new patients, scheduling appointments, and creating tasks with patient questions and concerns, working closely with the physicians and staff.
Essential Job Functions:
Arrive each day ready to have a professional working relationship with patients, physicians, and co-workers. Assist in accurately setting up and maintaining patient information while also providing excellent customer service. As a receptionist, you should love interacting with new people, making personal connections easily, and ensuring that every patient feels welcome and valued. You will be one of the first interactions that patients will have when they call in to the organization. Don't worry if you don't have Receptionist experience, we will give you the training needed to excel in this position. You will navigate challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service to our patients, co-workers, and physicians. You are the key to helping our patients understand our processes and procedures. You will feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important role in the success of its physicians and employees. Qualifications:
Revere Health in Salem, Utah is actively seeking to hire an energetic and dependable, part-time receptionist to join our team! This entry-level position offers a competitive pay range. We also are willing to train you for the responsibilities that you will have as a receptionist, giving you a great opportunity for immediate growth. Our ideal candidate will be eager to learn our computer systems, day to day processes, and provide assistance to our patients and employees. You must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work with a multi-line telephone system. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others, be able to demonstrate problem-solving, critical thinking, attention-to-detail and have excellent communication skills.
Hours:
Clinic is open Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM You would be working Thursdays 7:45-5:00 with the ability to pick up additional shifts if needed.
