What You'll Do:

Greet and check in/check out clients with a warm, positive attitude Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries Schedule and manage appointments Keep our front area clean and inviting Handle laundry for sheets and towels Support overall spa flow with light cleaning and organization

What We're Looking For:

Must be available to work Friday Saturday , and Sunday Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable answering phones and using booking software Prior customer service or receptionist experience is a plus Someone who loves helping people feel welcome and cared for
