Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and professional demeanor will help create a warm, efficient environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Duties Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and friendliness Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and take messages accurately Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings using calendar management tools Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Google Workspace applications for document creation and spreadsheets Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading, copying, scanning, and filing documents Support office management activities including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Requirements Proven experience in office administration or front desk reception roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Previous experience in medical or dental reception is a plus but not required Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Join us if you're ready to bring your enthusiasm and technical proficiency into a role that values your organizational talent!
