Job Summary The Support Staff Member serves as the first point of contact for clients at our office. This role is responsible for providing courteous, compassionate, and professional administrative support while maintaining client confidentiality and supporting a safe, welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Client Care All office related duties General Reporting Managing Patient Records Following Clinic Protocols Coordinating Communication Maintaining a safe and welcoming waiting area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous front desk, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism Knowledge of confidentiality standards (HIPAA) preferred Proficiency with basic office software and scheduling systems Skills & Competencies Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset Hours The shift we are currently hiring for is:
