Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and organized, and
BILINGUAL
(SPANISH-SPEAKING) Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and ensure smooth office management. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting daily business functions. Be able to work 2pm-7pm if part-time or 11am-7pm if full time, and some Saturdays. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Answer and direct all incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements efficiently Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing tools Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and general clerical support Support client communication efforts through accurate message taking, follow-up correspondence, and documentation Experience Proven office or front desk experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (SPANISH) ability is
REQUIRED
for diverse client interactions Demonstrated computer literacy with technical proficiency in office management software such as QuickBooks or similar tools Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems effectively Previous customer service or administrative experience that highlights your ability to multitask efficiently Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
