We are looking for a PRN Receptionist hours vary Fairmont Crossing Health and Rehab Center Amherst, VA Pay rate range: $13.00/per hour - $15/per hour PRN Evening/Weekend or Part-Time Create an Inviting Atmosphere and Provide Administrative Excellence Are you ready to be the face of our facility, creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests? As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our external public and supporting our administrative needs. Your Mission:
Exceptional Customer Service:
Greet visitors with a smile, offer refreshments, engage in friendly conversations, and fulfill their requests.Effective Communication:
Answer multiple line telephone, direct callers to the appropriate person or department, and take accurate messages.Guiding Guests:
Escort visitors, when necessary, provide information about our facility and services, and ensure compliance with rules.Administrative Excellence:
Assist in administrative tasks, maintain files, operate office machines, and order supplies as needed.Your Responsibilities:
Greet the public in an inviting and friendly manner Offer refreshments and engage in light conversation Direct callers to the appropriate person or department Take accurate messages and route them accordingly Escort visitors to resident rooms or other areas Provide general information and directions about the facility Ensure compliance with rules and report suspicious activities Assist in orienting new associates Perform various administrative support tasksYour Skills:
Proven working experience in a relevant field Ability to work independently and stay motivated Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor Strong prioritization and time management skills Professionalism coupled with speed and attention to detail Proficient in the English language High school degreeWhat We Offer You:
