Summary Voted one of the area's best hair salons, "Current Salon and Color Bar" located in One Loudoun in Ashburn, VA is seeking someone with excellent customer service skills to add to our team. Candidate must be professional with a charismatic personality and great at multitasking. You will be expected to greet clients, answer phones, book appointments, advise on retail products and service offerings and manage our register. Working some evenings and weekends would be a requirement. We offer competitive compensation and a wonderful working environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling using salon software. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately. Stock and organize retail products, ensuring displays are appealing and well-maintained. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and enhance customer experience. Qualifications Strong customer service skills. Positive attitude and enthusiastic. Team player with good organizational skills. Previous experience with reservation booking in a fast-paced service environment. Strong computer skills (Experience with Meevo Salon Software is a plus!). Compensation To be determined based on candidates' qualifications and experience.
