Job Description
-Welcome patients upon arrival
- Schedule/Reschedule appointments
- Registering new patients and updating existing patient demographics
- Maintain and update records by fax and scanning
- Check insurance eligibility and provide co-pay, deductible, and co-insurance details to check-out
- Maintain multiple schedules
- Check next day charts for insurance eligibility and necessary referrals
- Keep fax folder up to date
- Prepare end of day reports
- Call patients to remind of upcoming appointments
