Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We need someone able to commute to both our Centreville and Haymarket offices. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing the front desk operations. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment and maintaining efficient office procedures. Duties Greet and assist patients in a professional manner. Verify Dental Insurance Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively to optimize time management. Make & Present Treatment Plans Handle inquiries and provide information regarding services offered. Support dental staff when needed, including managing patient records and coordinating patient flow. Complete daily task sheets. Skills Strong skills needed to ensure accuracy in all communications. Excellent customer support abilities with a focus on patient satisfaction. Knowledge of dental codes Familiarity with making & Scheduling appointments Able to present treatment palns with confidence Effective calendar management skills to coordinate appointments seamlessly. 2 years+ of dental experienced required. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
