Automotive Receptionist - Part Time - Flow Companies of Charlottesville

Flow Companies of Charlottesville is seeking a part time , in office receptionist for our evening shift. Two Saturdays a month will be required. Pay rate will be $16/hour. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit for you! This part time schedule will fall between Monday-Saturday and the hours for each shift is 4:30pm - 7pm. This will include two Saturdays a month. The receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers, so maintaining a professional appearance and organized front desk is a must. What You'll Do:

Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression Answer and direct incoming calls Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.) Support the sales and service teams as needed Keep the front desk and customer lounge area clean, stocked, and organized
