Front Desk Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding and purchasing products, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our store. Duties

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Perform basic math functions for transactions and inventory management
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Utilize retail math concepts to calculate discounts, percentages, and commissions
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff when necessary
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient order processing
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus for assisting diverse customer base
• Handle cash with precision and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette when interacting with customers Requirements
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and inventory management
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and retail math concepts
• Ability to supervise junior staff members when needed
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for customer interactions
