Job Description

Come join our amazing team of friendly, knowledgeable animal care professionals and make a difference in the lives of people and their pets! Busy 6 doctor private veterinary practice seeks motivated, team-oriented Veterinary Receptionist. Previous veterinary experience preferred.
Most Common Job Duties include:
Answering phones. Scheduling appointments. Assisting clients checking in and out of appointments. Filing and maintaining electronic medical records. All candidates should be able to provide exceptional customer service, lift at least 50 pounds, mutli-task, have computer literacy skills, and have a clean, professional appearance. Compensation based on experience. Benefits include health and dental insurance, IRA retirement plan, paid vacation and sick time, and paid holidays.
