Job Description
Dental Front Desk Receptionist / Manager - Immediate Hire We are seeking a highly experienced, dependable, and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist / Manager to join our dental practice for immediate hire . This position is ideal for someone who is confident managing a busy dental front office, understands dental insurance and treatment coordination, and can take ownership of day-to-day front desk operations with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience required Open Dental experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, benefits, claims, and patient financial responsibilities Experience scheduling patients and maintaining a productive dental schedule Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients Excellent telephone and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, dependable, and able to handle a busy front office Strong communication skills with patients, doctors, and clinical staff Ability to solve problems independently and take initiative Previous dental office management or leadership experience is a plusPrimary Responsibilities:
Manage daily front desk operations Answer phones and schedule new and existing patients Confirm appointments and maintain an efficient provider schedule Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Submit and follow up on insurance claims Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding patient balances Present treatment plans and discuss payment options Coordinate referrals and patient records Monitor unscheduled treatment and recall patients Help maintain strong collections and accounts receivable Handle patient concerns professionally Coordinate with the dentist and clinical team to keep the office running smoothly We are looking for a strong, experienced candidate who can take charge of the front office , provide excellent patient service, and contribute to the continued growth of our practice.Benefits:
