Every client who walks through our doors should feel welcomed, valued, and excited to be here—and you'll play the biggest role in making that happen. This isn't just a receptionist position. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys staying busy, solves problems before they happen, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Responsibilities Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism Check clients in and out efficiently Answer phones, texts, and online inquiries Schedule and manage appointments Keep the front desk clean, organized, and stocked Offer beverages and create a five-star guest experience Recommend and sell professional grooming products Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Support the barbers with daily operational needs Help maintain a clean, polished, luxury atmosphere throughout the shop Assist with opening and closing procedures Help ensure every client leaves happier than when they arrived What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dependable and punctual Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods Retail sales experience is a plus Hospitality, salon, spa, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred If you're someone who naturally loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its clients and each other, we'd love to meet you.
