This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for someone with experience who can step into a busy environment with confidence and eventually become someone the team can rely on for more responsibility. The Person We're Looking For is: Dependable and accountable. When you're scheduled, the team can count on you. Self-directed. You recognize what needs to be done without needing constant direction. A natural leader. You don't need a title to take initiative, set a good example, and help those around you succeed. Highly organized and detail-oriented. You notice the little things before they become big things. Perceptive. You can read a guest, recognize a developing problem, and respond appropriately. Coach-able and growth-minded. You welcome feedback and put it into practice. Warm and guest-focused. You genuinely enjoy taking care of people. Calm under pressure. Busy days, ringing phones, schedule changes, and competing priorities don't easily rattle you. Professional. We want someone who thinks:
"I noticed this needs to be done, so I took care of it." rather than: "Someone should probably tell me what to do." You should be comfortable taking appropriate initiative, staying productive during slower periods, communicating with your coworkers, and knowing when an issue needs to be brought to management. Room to Grow We believe leadership should be earned through experience, trust, and demonstrated ability . While this position does not come with a management or leadership title, we are always interested in recognizing employees who demonstrate exceptional reliability, initiative, judgment, teamwork, and leadership potential. As you grow with NESS, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the organization.
