FIRST TEAM TOYOTA HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A PART TIME RECEPTIONIST!

! First Team Toyota is now hiring a part-time Receptionist for the afternoon/evening and weekend shifts. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons/nights from 2:00pm to 8:00pm, Saturdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm and the last 2 Sundays of the month from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. Primary Responsibilities:

Answers all incoming phone calls. Directs Caller to appropriate Department or Individual or takes a thorough message. Receipts in monies for the Sales and Finance Departments. Excellent Customer Service. Closes Repair Order's for the Service Department.

Experience and Skills:

Required Experience:

Knowledge of CDK/ADP a plus 1-2 years previous Receptionist experience in a Dealership preferred, but not required Good communication skills, both written and verbal Professional appearance and work ethic Superior Customer Service skills Strong mathematical ability
