Job Description Apex Dentistry is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in the dental field. While previous front desk or dental office experience is preferred, no prior experience is required —we are happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Our front desk team is the first point of contact for our patients, so we're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Verify and update patient information Check patients in and out for appointments Collect payments and assist with basic financial transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team Assist with general administrative and office tasks as needed Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous dental or medical office experience is preferred but not required Schedule & Availability Must be flexible and dependable Must be willing to work up to six (6) days per week when business needs require Punctuality and reliability are essential What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow with our practice.
